Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support the Team Lead in planning and scheduling of maintenance and servicing contracts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide oversight to ensure contractors working on site are doing work safely and in accordance with requirements of the service agreement or contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carry out regular inspections of the building, services, and M&amp;E equipment to ensure they are in serviceable condition, safe for use and secure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respond to site fire, medical and other emergencies as per established protocol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carry out regular inspections to maintain serviceability of emergency response equipment and ensure supplies are within expiry dates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the various ministries in terms of booking and access to venues, and logistics as per established protocol including wakes, weddings, church wide events.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Secondary duties &amp; responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support Team Lead in reviewing facilities related SOPs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perform any other facilities and security related work as assigned by the Team Lead.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support access control of facilities during a pandemic.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Our requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum 3-year experience in related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certified Fire Safety Manager advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Class 3 driving license.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CV with supporting documents and relevant referees should be sent to:<br>hr@sjsm.org.sg<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Objectives of Position Primary Duties &amp;
