Primary Duties & Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Bulletin and announcement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Prepare slides for worship and songs with chords for musicians and singers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Prepare Holy Communion Table.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Prepare Offertory Boxes for Sunday Service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Setup Zoom for Sunday Service and early morning prayers on first day of each month.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Preparation for 1st Friday Fasting and Prayer and weekly Wednesday prayer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Prepare Payment Vouchers online for reimbursement by Finance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Room Bookings for use by Tamil Congregation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Translate English to Tamil and help to prepare flyers for distribution. Help in preparing Banner for church advertisement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Prepare Birthday and Anniversary Cards for posting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Admin support for Baptism and Confirmation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Assist Pastor in preparation of annual Budget.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. Inform Lay Readers and Worship Leaders of their service duty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  14. Announcement of Wakes and Funerals in Bulletin.
    <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Secondary Duties & Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • To ensure the smooth running of Sunday service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • To assist the Pastor on Sundays if help is needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Assist in church wide events.
      <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Our Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • GCE “O” Level<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Minimum of 3 years administrative experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Strong spoke and written communication skill to collaborate with various ministries<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Able to work well in a team as well as independently, and under tight time lines<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Proficient in MS Office applications
